A Shared Table
Cuốn: Hands That Gather is an intimate community gathering built around the simple act of making and sharing food together.
Inspired by the flavors Tra grew up with in Phú Yên and Central Vietnam, the evening brings guests around one colorful, communal table filled with fresh herbs, rice paper, traditional ingredients, fermented sauces, and dishes designed to be wrapped by hand.
There is no perfect way to make a roll.
Some will be neat. Some will fall apart. That is part of the experience.
As our hands stay busy, conversations begin to flow. We will pass ingredients, discover new flavors, share stories, and connect with people we may not have otherwise met.
It is playful, intentional, and a little messy.
Exactly as a shared meal should be.

About Tra
Tra grew up in Phú Yên, a coastal region known for its handmade rice paper, fresh seafood, and rich tradition of fermented dipping sauces.
Her love for tablescaping began with a simple joy: cooking and inviting friends over to share a meal. Around her table, food became more than something to eat. It became a way to slow down, connect, and create meaningful moments together.
Combining her background in fashion with her passion for cooking, Tra creates dining experiences where food, thoughtful design, and hospitality come together. Every detail, from the ingredients to the flowers on the table, is carefully chosen to make people feel welcomed.
With Cuốn, Tra hopes to share the flavors she grew up with and recreate the feeling of gathering around the table with family and friends, where conversations unfold naturally, hands stay busy, and strangers leave feeling a little more connected.
