About the Role:
Third Culture Vietnam is seeking Licensed Tour Guides to lead meaningful, culturally grounded journeys for our travelers, with a focus on connection, storytelling, and authenticity.
Our tours go beyond sightseeing. They’re designed for diasporic travelers, curious explorers, and those looking to rediscover Vietnam through history, food, and personal stories. We’re looking for guides who can do more than recite facts, we’re looking for hosts, storytellers, and cultural ambassadors.
This role requires strong English communication, a deep love for Vietnamese culture and heritage, and the flexibility to travel throughout the country. You'll help bring each destination to life through your voice, warmth, and knowledge.
Core Responsibilities:

Share historical, cultural, and culinary context with clarity and enthusiasm
Engage participants through storytelling, conversation, and lived experience

Have strong knowledge of Vietnamese history, culture, and cuisine
Are a natural storyteller and confident public speaker
Are reliable, patient, and calm under pressure
Enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds and creating meaningful connections

Bonus Points If You Have:
Have experience working with Vietnamese diaspora or international guests
Understand the importance of ethical tourism and cultural sensitivity
Can support our storytelling team with local insights or on-the-ground content
Videographer/Photographer
Location: Hybrid (Saigon-based preferred)
Type: Freelance / Project-Based (Full-time preferred as we scale)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a visual storyteller to join us in capturing the heart and soul of Third Culture Vietnam — from healing journeys and heritage tours to intimate community moments. This is more than just documentation — you’ll help shape how the world sees what we do, and why it matters.
You’ll work directly with the Founder, Creative Director, and our Content Team to produce visuals that reflect emotion, identity, and connection — in real time, across Vietnam.
Core Responsibilities:
During Tours & Events
Capture cinematic video and documentary-style photography that centers emotion, connection, and environment
Record testimonials, day-to-day moments, behind-the-scenes stories, and shared experiences
Travel with our teams (all major costs covered) and help capture regional beauty with sensitivity and respect
Post-Tour Deliverables
Select and edit highlights for reels, recap videos, and social media features
Collaborate with editors or handle basic edits (depending on project)
Organize and deliver assets in structured formats and timelines
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Have strong experience in documentary-style filming or lifestyle/brand photography
Are comfortable shooting in real-world environments (not just studios)
Thrive as a solo operator but enjoy collaborating with mission-driven teams
Know how to capture emotion through framing, light, and pacing
Have your own gear and some editing capability (CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent)
Are open to deeper engagement with our mission and community (eventually full-time, if aligned)
Bonus Points If You Have:
Have experience with short-form storytelling (Reels, TikToks, vlogs)
Understand the visual rhythm of emotional storytelling
Are part of the diaspora, or deeply connected to Vietnamese culture
Want to grow with a brand that centers purpose, identity, and healing
Content Editor & Junior Editor
Location: Hybrid (Saigon-based preferred)
Type: Freelance / Project-Based (Full-time preferred as we scale)
About the Role:
Third Culture Vietnam is growing its digital storytelling team. We're looking for Content Editors and Junior Editors to help bring our mission to life through reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and heartfelt cultural moments. You’ll help craft a visual language that celebrates identity, memory, and reconnection.
This role is ideal for editors who love telling human-centered stories through short-form content — whether that’s slicing tour footage into cinematic moments or turning a spoken memory into a TikTok that moves people to tears.
Core Responsibilities:
Edit engaging, high-quality videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
Cut and curate storytelling-driven clips from our tours and interviews
Add subtitles, captions, music, and transitions that align with our brand voice and tone
Organize and deliver assets efficiently for multi-platform use
Work with our Creative Director and content team to bring stories to life
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Are proficient in Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar editing tools
Have an eye for emotional pacing, color, rhythm, and brand alignment
Can work independently and hit deadlines with quick turnarounds
Understand the social media landscape and how stories travel
Love experimenting with formats and believe in storytelling for impact
Are passionate about heritage, identity, and amplifying community voices
Bonus Points If You Have:
Have experience working with diaspora stories, travel footage, or documentaries
Speak Vietnamese (for subtitle/context accuracy, preferred but not required)
Want to grow with a mission-led creative brand
