Q4 2024 – Q1 2025: Bến Tre Project

Giving back has always been at the heart of our work. In the first quarter of this year, we partnered directly with local leaders in Bến Tre, not to offer charity from afar, but to show up, listen, and walk alongside the community.
Over the course of several months, we visited families in person, heard their stories, and asked the most important question: What do you truly need?
With the collective support of our global community, we were able to take meaningful action:
• Installed 40 solar-powered street lights in high-risk rural areas without access to stable electricity
• Donated school supplies to students in need
• Provided medicine to families facing health challenges
• Supported victims of Agent Orange, many of whom have long been overlooked
• Repaired and renovated homes for families living in vulnerable conditions

Q2 2025: Supporting Thảo Đàn
Donation: $1,145.07 USD
We’re honored to share that for the second quarter of 2025, Third Culture Vietnam has contributed directly to Thảo Đàn, a grassroots organization in Bình Thạnh, Saigon dedicated to supporting street-working and at-risk children.
Thảo Đàn creates safe spaces for young people to learn, heal, and grow, offering education, emotional care, and the steady presence of trusted mentors. Our contribution will help provide essential supplies, improve classrooms, and support the daily needs of the youth they serve.
We believe in giving with presence, not just sending funds, but showing up, listening, and building trust with local leaders.
