About This Gathering
Some of us grew up hearing stories about Vietnam.
Some of us inherited memories that were never ours.
Some of us feel connected to a place we've barely known.
And some of us are still trying to understand why.
The Stories We Carry is a small online conversation for members of the Vietnamese diaspora to reflect on identity, belonging, family, memory, and home.
This is not a webinar.
This is not a presentation.
This is a space to listen, share stories, and learn from one another.
Whether you've visited Vietnam many times, only once, or never at all, you are welcome here.

What to Expect
This is not a webinar.
This is not a presentation.
This is a guided community conversation.
Together, we will explore identity, belonging, family, memory, and our relationship with Vietnam.
There is no pressure to have the right answers.
You are welcome to share, listen, reflect, or simply be present.
Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is realize we are not alone in the questions we carry.
